Is it possible to fall in love with a Country that you have never been to?    

I am head over heels in love with Australia and have been for as long as I can remember.  I don't know who, how, when or why it began but I do know that it's very real - well, to me anyway!

I love everything to do with Australia - the country, the people, their way of life, their accents - everything!  It sometimes feels as though I am addicted as I can't seem to get enough.  I have read so many books, spent hours surfing the net and if anything to do with Australia comes on TV I am glued to it!  I have looked into immigrating and, if I didn't have my noo's to cosider, I'd of been there a long time ago.

When I was little I used to dream about falling in love with an Australian farmer dude.  I pictured him to be slightly taller than me and to have blonde hair and blue eyes.  He had the most amazing accent and I spent hours listening to him talk. That dream still exists. 

I look forward to the day that I step foot on Australian soil - to experience Australia in person will be better than I ever could have imagined.
